Nationwide Shipping and Free Pick-up

  • All orders are shipped from our production facilities located at Richmond Hill, Ontario. Currently, we offer shipping for Canada and most states of the U.S.
  • The transport mode and courier depend on the delivery location. We offer courier services from multiple companies including UPS, FedEx and Purolator.

How to Estimate Shipping Time and Cost

When placing an order, click "Estimated Shipping Cost" on the product page to get a shipping estimation, then enter your destination. Additionally, you can check this information on the checkout page.

Please note the following considerations:

  1. Production Time: Shipping time does not include the time required to produce your product. We offer varying production times for our products, which you can check on the product detail and Production Time Option pages.
  2. Cut-off Times: The general cut-off time is 1 PM (EST), but some products have specific cut-off times due to additional processing requirements. Orders placed after 1 PM (EST) on Fridays or weekends will be processed the following business day. For same-day shipping (if it is available for that product), orders must be placed before the cut-off time.
  3. Shipping Variability: Shipping time and cost vary by destination, material, quantity, and transport mode.
  4. Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain countries and regions. Please ensure that your shipping address does not fall into these categories to avoid any delays or issues with your order.
  5. Estimated Dates: We strive to prepare and ship your order by the estimated completion date. However, we cannot guarantee delivery on the exact shipping date. Turnaround times are not contractual and cannot be guaranteed.
  6. Local Deliveries: We cannot guarantee local deliveries on a specific day or at a specific hour. Deliveries may occur any time between 8 AM and 5 PM (EST). Local delivery service is limited to the ground floor or building lobbies. If the driver cannot safely park, delivery may not be attempted, and your order will be returned to our facility for pickup.
  7. Free Shipping Promotions: Free shipping promotions do not apply to custom orders.
  8. Order Edits: As long as your order has not been confirmed for production, you can log in to your account and edit details such as material, size, finishing options, and shipping address. Changes to quantity will require a recalculation of shipping costs as weight and cost may change.
  9. Post-Confirmation Changes: If your order has already been confirmed for production, please contact our customer service at +1 905-660-1363 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday, to see if changes are still possible. We do not guarantee that any changes can be made after confirmation.
  10. Shipping Charges: Due to the large physical size of some products, some orders may incur higher than expected shipping charges. Unfortunately, we are bound by the limitations set by our courier services, typically UPS, FedEx, or Purolator.
  11. Production and Shipping Times: All production and shipping times are subject to change due to billing issues, file issues, file reuploads, or holds.
  12. Weather Notice: Shipping times may be affected by weather conditions in some parts of the country.
  13. International Shipping: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
  14. Tracking Information: Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
  15. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages: After a package is sent, the shipping company is responsible for any lost, delayed or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping company directly for assistance.
  16. Return Shipping: To initiate a return, please contact us before shipping the item back.
  17. Undeliverable Packages:If a package is undeliverable, it will be returned to us. Any additional fees incurred for re-shipping or returning the package to the sender will be the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid these potential charges and delays.
  18. Multiple Shipments: Your order may be shipped in multiple packages, and you will receive separate tracking information for each package if this occurs.
  19. Discount Codes: Discount codes apply only to the base product price and do not apply to shipping or any other services.
  20. Partial Shipments: We do not allow partial shipments. If any items in your order are back-ordered, we will hold the entire order until all items are available and can be shipped together.
  21. Customs and Import Duties: For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for paying any customs duties and import taxes that may apply. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid directly to the appropriate authorities upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information on applicable fees.
  22. Insurance Options: Shipping insurance is provided by the shipping company and is not offered directly by us. If an insured package is lost or damaged, you will need to file a claim with the shipping company. Please keep all relevant documentation, including your order number and any correspondence, and contact the shipping company for assistance with the claims process.
  23. Packaging Materials: We use a variety of packaging materials to ensure your order arrives safely. Our packaging includes sturdy cardboard boxes, protective padding, and environmentally-friendly materials. We offer options for recyclable and biodegradable packaging to minimize environmental impact. Where possible, we also provide reusable packaging solutions to further support sustainable practices.
  24. Holiday Shipping: During holiday periods, shipping times may be longer due to increased volume and potential delays. To ensure timely delivery, please place your orders well in advance of the holiday season. Check our website for any special shipping deadlines and updates regarding holiday shipping policies. We recommend selecting expedited shipping options if you need your order to arrive by a specific date.
  25. Customer Obligations: To ensure smooth delivery of your shipment, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the estimated delivery window. If no one is present, the delivery agent will attempt to leave the package in a suitable location. If a suitable location is not available, the package may be returned to us. Providing accurate and complete delivery information will help avoid potential issues with your shipment.
  26. When choosing between shipping or pickup, please be aware that while we strive to accommodate changes, we cannot always guarantee them. If you wish to switch from delivery to pickup or vice versa, the request must be made by 2:00 PM (EST). It cannot be altered once an order is packed and placed on courier skids.

Changes to the Service: We reserve the right to withdraw or change the terms of this service at any time without prior notice.

Available Shipping and Delivery Options

Free shipping is available for orders over C$90, exclusive of taxes and applicable fees.

To qualify for free or flat-rate shipping, the shipping address must be the default shipping address* within eligible regions and the shipment size (WxLxH) must not exceed 36”x36”x10” and 20 lb in weight to qualify for free or flat-rate shipping.

* You can only use one address per order. While you may receive multiple deliveries, the address must match your default shipping address.

* You can change your default shipping address up to twice a week; any additional changes must be requested through the Contact Us page.

Order Processing and Shipping Schedule

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, with the possibility of longer processing times based on the product. Free deliveries are usually completed within 1-3 business days. Depending on the order's complexity and volume, it might take more.

For urgent orders, consider other shipping methods such as UPS or local in-store pickup for fast delivery.

Custom Orders

Please note that free shipping promotions or flat-rate shipping do not apply to custom orders. Other shipping options will be provided for such orders.

Responsibility and Liability

Agentprint.com shall not be responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, strikes, or unforeseen operational delays. The delivery duration cannot be guaranteed by us.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery location can accommodate the delivery as scheduled. We are not liable or responsible for failures or losses resulting from a customer's failure to receive or arrange for the receipt of the delivery as per the agreed terms.

Please Note: If a customer fails to receive the shipment and the product is returned to us, the customer can only do an in-store pickup.

Terms Modification

Agentprint.com reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the delivery and shipping service at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms and conditions on our website.
